Added a popup Modal and Progress Spinner to the Search Button Function of the Map so that users will know that the system is still working and it is not frozen.

The system is rather robust but when it is processing cached data in the browser it tended to look like “nothing’s happening”.

With the wheel spinner it is now more obvious that the end user should just wait till it finishes.

There are currently no user messages that are also displayed with the modal. This was an initial option but I took the message part out for now. Ultimately it is up to the user feedback what we use or don’t use.
